Local space astrology
In local space astrology, the celestial co-ordinates of planets are converted into a horizontal co-ordinate system. The positions of the planets can then be located around the 360° of the horizon. Local space astrology maps planetary energies onto the Earth’s surface. This can be in your home and the wider environment where you live. Placing objects on a planetary line in the home or following the line beyond the home can activate that planet’s energy.

Solar returns
A solar return horoscope is the only horoscope that can be based on the place of residence. A solar return may be used like a mini-horoscope that is valid for about a year. When considered in conjunction with the natal chart, it indicates which parts of the natal chart are likely to be highlighted during the year. Examples of solar returns for famous people will be discussed.

Heliocentric astrology
Heliocentric astrology looks at the positions of the planets from the Sun. There are major differences between heliocentric and geocentric, or Earth-centred, astrology. It is thought that heliocentric astrology may indicate the deep motives that originate from a person’s spirit. This is a profound method of studying astrology.
